When you buy from Healthdukan.com, your purchase is covered by our 14-day money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within Fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and OPTIONALLY tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.   • Used or tampered with products will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • The product must be in tact with original packing and re-sealable condition.
  • Return of product because of reasons such as Dislike Flavor, Color of Supplement will not be accepted.
  • If returned product fails the inspection, the same product will be sent back to the customer and refund will not be processed.
  • Your order will be replaced free of cost, in case the order is damaged in transit i.e. at the time of receipt. Once you refuse the parcel & mentioning on the courier return as damaged goods & retain the copy from the delivery boy and attach it in your mail.
  • Full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products to you.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override the Returns Policy.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Cancellation

Healthdukaan believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Here is those few set of rules for Cancellation of Order:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated..
  • Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and we will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or the contact number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 14 days of receipt of the products and the product must be in its unused form with original packing.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override the Returns Policy.
